ABOUT
Floortech was established in 2000 as part of the JCorp Group of companies. We started off with the drive to do things differently. Our aim was to create a more flexible, more lightweight, and more durable alternative to traditional formwork, concrete, and steel reinforcement.
We wanted to create a system that helped our clients build faster, reduce the number of trades on site, and offer a more cost-effective building solution. After seeing so many difficult situations ourselves, we wanted to simplify services installation, and offer more potential for homes to grow as their owners did.
Working with our structural engineers, we were inspired by similar techniques used in European flooring, and created an innovative system that remarkably hadn’t yet been taken up by the Australian market.
From this inspiration, Floortech was born.
At Floortech, we’re proud of what we’ve achieved. By utilising the Floortech system, we’ve helped builders of all types reduce up to three weeks from their construction time, and get more post-construction options when compared to conventional concrete slab.
And, in our success, we’ve become a tight-knit team. A team that’s all working together to deliver better flooring solutions for WA.
