Additionally, to having a fantastic working relationship with Floortech, our favourite thing about the technology they offer is the 4C Truss System. The system only requires 7 days to cure- compared to 21 days for a suspended slab, resulting in time savings onsite. Floortech’s slab also provides improved access for services compared to the traditional suspended slab, as there is no requirement to cast in services or light fittings in the concrete. The Floortech system is also beneficial in not requiring the slab to be propped whilst it cures. Aside from that the service is exceptional.
