PRODUCTS FOR LIVING WITH A FLOORTECH SLAB

A breakthrough in suspended flooring construction.

A FloorTech system has built-in channels between the beams, allowing numerous options for you to run ducting for air conditioning and ventilation. The system also minimises the need for expensive bulkheads and lowered ceilings. Before you finalise your plans or commit to your engineer's drawings, make sure you speak to a FloorTech consultant.

A FloorTech system has recessed, concealed beams which results in flat, continuous ceilings and cleaner lines throughout. It also allows for changes to be made to recessed lighting after construction is complete. Such changes are not possible with a conventional suspended concrete slab.

With a FloorTech system, you can accommodate extra wiring for security systems, lighting, surround sound and data when you build, or you can add them later. With a conventional suspended slab, no changes can be made once it's laid.

The FloorTech system allows for extra flexibility in home design and potential cost savings. It can eliminate the need for obtrusive support columns in open plan areas and can save you up to three weeks in the building process, which means you can get into your new home sooner.

Unlike a conventional slab, the FloorTech system easily accommodates plumbing and allows greater freedom in the design and location of wet areas on the upper floor. A FloorTech system means more choice and more flexibility.

INTRODUCING A REVOLUTIONARY NEW SUSPENDED CONCRETE FLOORING SYSTEM.
FloorTech is an engineered flooring system that reduces the build time and offers the home owner greater flexibility post-contruction. The FloorTech flooring system is an innovative and superior alternative to conventional concrete slabs.

It unique design eliminates the need for obtrusive concrete support beams on wide ceiling spans. The truss beam and built in channels are ideal as ducting for ventilation, or to conceal wiring and piping.
